0519 Comparing the delta power during titration of INSPIRE therapy and PAP therapy

Abstract Introduction Delta power is a known indicator of sleep drive and pressure. Non-REM delta increased in patients with sleep-disordered breathing. Treatment sleep-related breathing disorder reduces power. The purpose this study to investigate compare between individuals on INSPIRE therapy PAP therapy. Methods A retrospective review was performed by selecting nine who underwent titration at the MU HealthCare Sleep Disorders Center, 8/1/2021 8/1/2022. Nine similar age gender were selected from database (PolySmith®). Spectral analysis using F4-M1 leads, calculated for Stage N3 portion during last cycle.
